Event Description “Hack the Upside Down – CTF” is a 2-hour single-round Capture the Flag (CTF) event designed to test participants’ problem-solving, logical reasoning, and cybersecurity basics. The event consists of 15 challenges spread across cryptography, steganography, web exploitation, forensics, and OSINT. Teams will decode ciphers, uncover hidden data, exploit web flaws, and analyze files to capture virtual flags.

• Round 1:

  • 1 Round (Final Round Only)
  • Total Duration: 2 hours
  • Total Challenges: 15 (Easy, Medium, Hard)
  Participation Mode: Team-based
  • Team Size: 2 members
  
  • Each team should bring ethernet cable and Laptop
  

Rules & Regulations

1. . Points Scored: o Easy Challenge = 100 points
   o Medium Challenge = 200 points
   o Hard Challenge = 300 points
   o Maximum = 3000 points
2. Accuracy of Submissions: Only correct flag format (CCE{...}) is accepted.
3. Time Factor (Tie-breaker): In case of equal scores, the team submitting the last correct flag earlier will be ranked higher.
4. Team Collaboration: Judges may observe teamwork and fair play (no plagiarism or external help).
